  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field preferred; experience accepted.
  • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, professional, and customer-focused.
