Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and innovate GSG's training program for onboarding, cross-team, and client training.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and priorities.
• Design learner-centered training using adult-learning principles.
• Create content for live sessions, self-paced modules, micro-learnings, and references.
• Deliver engaging live trainings or train-the-trainer sessions for diverse audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of corporate training, instructional design, or related role.
• Strong grounding in adult learning principles applied to course design.
• Hands-on LMS experience (TalentLMS or similar) including tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and basic image/video tools.
• Proven ability to measure training effectiveness and iterate from data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
