Create engaging learning materials such as e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
Administer and maintain the LMS (Docebo) and ensure data accuracy.
Coach internal instructors and SMEs on delivery and adult learning principles.
Manage multiple training projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
Improve learner experience and training effectiveness through data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in instructional design or related field.
Knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM).
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coach SMEs.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for content and data management.
Familiarity with LMS formats (SCORM, xAPI) preferred.
