- Support the Training Operations Manager and Customer Training Lead on day-to-day Academy ops in AMER and EMEA.
- Manage training logistics: send calendar invites, set up virtual classrooms, update trainer schedules, gather feedback.
- Communicate with in-house trainers and contractor partners to prepare for deliveries.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure value and address issues.
