📋 Description

  • Admin LMS data: certifications, rosters, attendance, eLearning, tests (Cornerstone)
  • Schedule enrollments, track attendance, ensure in-person training materials
  • Primary contact for routine inquiries; escalate complex issues
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized resources
  • Create course materials for instructor-led programs
  • Maintain and optimize Confluence pages for Talent Development

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate Google Sheets or Excel
  • 1+ year LMS experience (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Basic L&D metrics knowledge (completion, compliance; ILT vs eLearning)
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, Tableau
  • Strong teamwork, independent judgment, and communication under pressure
