📋 Description

• Designs and delivers corporate training for revenue cycle education.
• Uses adult learning principles to teach jobs and tasks.
• Partners with leadership to set objectives and create training materials.
• Creates manuals, job aids, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Delivers instruction via classroom, virtual, or 1:1 formats.
• Leads training improvements and tracks new hire performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years healthcare experience in revenue cycle.
• Experience with Workers' Comp, VA, MVA, or Medicaid - preferred.
• 1 year of relevant revenue cycle training experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and patient accounting software skills.
• Strong communication to keep stakeholders updated on deadlines.
