🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent.
- 2+ years as a financial institution trainer; remote preferred.
- 5+ years in Instructional Design or Training roles.
- Ability to listen and translate requirements into training products.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
