🎯 Requirements

- Experience with eLearning, Zendesk, Sigma; Excel/Sheets.
- Familiar with large, diverse operations (preferred).
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, or e-commerce (preferred).
- Understanding of learning trends, adult learning theory, instructional design.
- Able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; adaptable.
