  • Coordinate training sessions: scheduling, logistics, materials.
  • Deliver onboarding training with required skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor onboarding performance with Managers to reach full productivity.
  • Partner with Trust & Risk to identify and close knowledge gaps.
  • Audit and update training materials per SOPs and policies.
  • Track training KPIs and early performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Trust & Risk ops or frontline training.
  • Experience with eLearning software, Zendesk, Sigma; Excel/Sheets.
  • Based in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Strong instructional design and adult learning theory knowledge.
  • Able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; agile.
  • Willing to work non-standard hours as needed.
