🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Trust & Risk ops or frontline training.
- Experience with eLearning software, Zendesk, Sigma; Excel/Sheets.
- Based in Phoenix, AZ.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning theory knowledge.
- Able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; agile.
- Willing to work non-standard hours as needed.
