- Experience producing training across formats: video, written aids, digital modules, in-person.
- Strong ability to build credibility with frontline employees and leaders.
- Cross-functional collaboration with managers, trainers; hold stakeholders accountable for adoption.
- Familiarity with LMS; experience implementing an LMS is a plus.
