  • Build and lead training infrastructure for the Capture Factory.
  • Collaborate with managers to design and deploy training responses to changes.
  • Turn evolving workflows and SOPs into standardized, repeatable training.
  • Create asynchronous training paths for a four-shift operation.
  • Own LMS content; lead LMS evaluation for 24/7 factory use.
  • Collaborate with safety to ensure safety/compliance training tracked and completed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning operations, or workforce development end-to-end.
  • Experience building or redesigning a training function in an operational setting.
  • Experience producing training across formats: video, written aids, digital modules, in-person.
  • Strong ability to build credibility with frontline employees and leaders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with managers, trainers; hold stakeholders accountable for adoption.
  • Familiarity with LMS; experience implementing an LMS is a plus.
