Training Coordinator

📋 Description

• Onboarding, nesting, and ongoing training interventions.
• Track attendance, EWS, and batch data using TMS and Excel.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and People Analytics for batch data.
• Nesting, on-floor interventions, and refresher attendance management.
• Create/update training logistics: GANTT, Airtable, rooms, trainers.
• Collaborate with WFM and cross-functional teams to align with Airbnb needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in training coordination or related role.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analysis using Excel, TMS, LMS.
• Experience with Airtable, ASANA, or GANTT charts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders (HR, Ops, People Analytics, WFM).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Must have work authorization in India; travel may be required.
