Create guides, manuals, PowerPoints, and job aids for ILT and virtual sessions
Develop multimedia assets to bring learning to life
Maintain and update existing eLearning courses to stay fresh
Collaborate with trainers, managers, and subject matter experts throughout the lifecycle
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience with asynchronous tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
Strong instructional design and adult learning principles
Expertise in e-learning and SCORM packages
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent communication and project management skills
