Training Consultant (French speaking)

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging training sessions (live virtual, in-person, or recorded) for customers and partners.
• Tailor learning experiences to customer needs and data sets.
• Customize content to specific customer data sets and use cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver training programs.
• Develop and update training documentation.
• Become a product specialist with deep Contentsquare knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in training consultancy, ideally in SaaS MarTech/AdTech.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to rapidly learn and train others in analytics technology.
• Experience defining and adhering to training scope agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
