📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding, upskilling and ongoing CS training.
• Manage training classrooms and learning logistics.
• Support certification and training quality programs with internal/partner teams.
• Lead regional training projects and update curricula with guidance from PMs.
• Represent regional needs to the global CS Training team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 Years in Process/Product and Soft Skills Training.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Detail oriented, organized; creative and holistic thinking.
• Technical skills: Google Drive Applications; Adobe Captivate 8; Rise 360; Absorb. Travel may be required.
