📋 Description

• Driver Training: Attendance & Content
• Increase training attendance via outreach through in-app, external channels, and calls
• Maintain updated training materials aligned with strategy, USPs, merchants, and SOPs
• Driver Training: Quality & Compliance
• Improve driver conversion and reduce suspicious orders through training
• Reduce suspension-to-training time and post-match cancellations
• Post-Training: Performance & Evaluation
• Track weekly post-training performance (error rates and orders per driver)
• Use data insights to improve training effectiveness and driver readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Deliver clear, engaging training sessions to diverse drivers
• Manage complaints and conflicts in the driver community
• Highly organized with strong time management for training schedules
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3 years of experience in driver training, driver operations, or community management
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for tracking and reporting
• Strong data analysis mindset to track attendance and outcomes
