Training Architect

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy hands-on labs aligned with course content.
• Collaborate with Course Architects or clients to align labs with objectives.
• Create PoC labs and repeatable deployments using Ansible; deploy to AWS/OpenStack.
• Ensure labs are available, functional, and well-documented across courses.
• Support training delivery and lab operations for participants.
• Remote role based in the US with quarterly travel for events.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical skills and self-directed work style.
• Experience designing and delivering hands-on labs; lab documentation.
• Proficiency with Ansible (or similar automation) and cloud platforms (AWS/OpenStack).
• Ability to collaborate with Course Architects and clients.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person events.
