Training and Intern Advisor, Technical Services

📋 Description

• Oversee LMS and databases for Resident and Touring shows; create classes; enroll employees.
• Assign Resident Show technicians to required Instructor Led and Online Training programs.
• Assist Touring show Technical Management with training assignments.
• Generate health, safety, and skills training reports; ensure compliance.
• Arrange training with providers; process invoices; book rooms, equipment, trainers.
• Travel to resident shows for administrative support; enforce training standards.

🎯 Requirements

• LMS Administration Experience (HSI and Synapse).
• Content Creation experience (e.g., Storyline).
• AA degree required; Liberal Arts or Business strongly preferred; BFA/BA/BS preferred.
• Three to five years relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, ANSI and CSA; 30-hour OSHA card required.
