- Assign Resident Show technicians to required Instructor Led and Online Training programs.
- Assist Touring show Technical Management with training assignments.
- Generate health, safety, and skills training reports; ensure compliance.
- Arrange training with providers; process invoices; book rooms, equipment, trainers.
- Travel to resident shows for administrative support; enforce training standards.
๐ฏ Requirements
- LMS Administration Experience (HSI and Synapse).
- Content Creation experience (e.g., Storyline).
- AA degree required; Liberal Arts or Business strongly preferred; BFA/BA/BS preferred.
- Three to five years relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, ANSI and CSA; 30-hour OSHA card required.
