Training & Adoption Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain standardized onboarding resources (SharePoint, guides, role handbooks, skills lists)
• Deliver virtual and in-person training to licensed and unlicensed WelbeHealth staff
• Oversee Relias training plans to ensure relevant content and timely completion
• Create and maintain skills competency checklists and preceptor guides
• Draft 30-60-90 day skills lists and evaluation criteria
• Engage SMEs and preceptors via Teams channel

🎯 Requirements

• CA residency and willing to travel up to 20% to centers
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years healthcare experience; RN licensure required
• Training/preceptor experience in healthcare preferred
• RN background or clinical triage/after-hours background desired
• Proficient with MS Office; strong organizational and stakeholder skills
• Motivated, collaborative on onboarding and role clarity
