Build understanding of Litify core solutions with focus on AI tools
Create and deliver instructional content and live training for partners and internal teams
Develop end-user and admin training programs for each client org
Review product docs to identify gaps and plan external/internal documentation
Develop onboarding and certification programs for clients and partners
Assist in configuring and evolving an LMS

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Salesforce and strong technical aptitude
Experience working with AI tools
Experience creating technical documentation and job aides
Experience delivering live training (virtual and/or in person)
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with stakeholders
Experience in a customer-facing SaaS environment
