🎯 Requirements
- Located in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nigeria, Algeria, Tunisia, the Philippines, Indonesia, or Vietnam
- English at intermediate level (minimum B2)
- Experience with Freshdesk, Helpshift, Zendesk, or other CRM
- Experience with real-time forecast, schedule updates, and reporting
- Knowledge of forecasting/scheduling software such as Verint would be a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
