8+ years Java, high-performance apps
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM
Experience in hedge funds, investment banks, or exchanges
TDD/BDD and software development fundamentals
SOLID design and algorithms understanding
Java Memory Model and concurrency understanding
