  • Point of contact for VIP and institutional clients across Binance products
  • Provide prompt, multi-channel support to institutional and VIP customers

  • First-line support for account and system issues

  • Collect feedback and drive product changes; coordinate updates to customers

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in client/trading desk support in financial services
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms, orders, execution
  • Client manager experience supporting growth and business development
  • Understanding of crypto derivatives trading
  • Strong problem solving under pressure and cross-department communication; willing to on-call
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin mandatory; hands-on API trading experience a plus
