Trading Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor trading activity across asset classes during all sessions.
• Maintain health of FIX trading lines; liaise with venues.
• Resolve trade inquiries and ensure timely, accurate trade processing.
• Manage risk, deadlines, and service levels while complying with policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance).
• In-person attendance at multiple offices (Lake Mary, Chicago, Denver) at least 3 days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a broker-dealer operations/trading environment.
• FINRA Series 7 required.
• FINRA 57 license required.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operation functions.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt.
