- Oversee customer trading activity, including bookings, allocations, FX trades.
- Back-office: trade allocations, treasury processing, platform setup.
- Monitor trade breaks; resolve commission discrepancies; end-of-day checks.
- Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocations.
- Collaborate with Risk, Account, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Provide real-time customer support; troubleshoot inquiries.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude; troubleshoot client-side software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and working with proprietary trading software
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; proactive mindset
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed
