🎯 Requirements

Min 3-4 years of experience in trading, strategy, PM, business mgmt, or finance.
Working knowledge of TradFi, crypto, or prediction markets.
Demonstrable PM skills; familiar with Agile/Scrum; SDLC; Jira.
Experience or interest in AI tools (LLMs, automation) in pro or personal capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce briefing notes and updates.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
