- Deep knowledge of Spot, Prime Finance, Derivatives; strong product risk understanding.
- Crypto exposure; knowledge of custody solutions and on-chain vs off-chain settlement.
- Strong regulatory acumen: MiFID II, Dodd-Frank.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
