  • Lead analysis, design, and delivery of global reporting changes.
  • Translate regulatory obligations into business and data requirements.
  • Partner with Compliance, Ops, Tech, and vendors to embed controls.
  • Support implementations across regimes: EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS.
  • Provide governance on traceability, data lineage, and remediation.
  • Work in Capco FRRF practice on trade and transaction reporting transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience delivering transaction reporting change as a BA or PM in financial services.
  • Practical understanding of at least one regime (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA).
  • Proficiency drafting requirements, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Familiarity with trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Knowledge of control processes, reconciliation, and exception management in reporting.
