• Monitor trade surveillance daily, weekly, and monthly; develop reports.
• Review alerts from surveillance systems; escalate as needed.
• Assist asset launches; monitor market depth and liquidity.
• Track regulatory and market-structure changes affecting surveillance scope.
• Collaborate with engineering/support to improve surveillance processes.
• Enforce and refine Coinbase Trading policies and rules.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in market surveillance or trading.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Analytical and quick learner; align with Coinbase values.
• Knowledge of market structure.
• Experience creating and managing policies and procedures.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for research and workflows.
