- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Subject matter expert in a specific relevant trade.
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in facilities management, retail, or buildings environment.
- Demonstrable experience solving highly complex trade-related technical issues.
