  • Build and maintain client/vendor relationships to understand trade needs.

  • Subject matter expert in a specific relevant trade.
  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in facilities management, retail, or buildings environment.
  • Demonstrable experience solving highly complex trade-related technical issues.
