Support R&M team by processing onsite increase requests.
Review quality of work to assist with escalations.
Assist in price book projects and standardization.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in residential maintenance, construction, home insurance, or estimating.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating deals and pricing.
Excellent planning, organization, and delivery under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholders including regional teams.
Tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
