Own and monitor Forge’s transaction processes; central point of contact for active trades.
Review and process trades to ensure accuracy and timely settlement.
Identify risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and SEC/FINRA.
Support system upgrades and new trading system implementations.
Maintain accurate trade records and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, finance, or law.
Strong critical thinking; thrives in entrepreneurial settings.
Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills.
Comfort working in fast, high-pressure environments.
Desire to improve operational efficiency and drive initiatives.
SIE and Series 99 to be obtained within 90 days.
