📋 Description

• Investigative Analysis: Collate data to detect illegal transshipment.
• Product Costing Analysis: Reconstruct costs to verify origin.
• Transaction Auditing: Use ACE to review import transactions for anomalies.
• Document Review: Validate trade docs (Bills of Lading, Invoices, Origin Certificates).
• Manufacturing Verification: Assess capacity and packaging processes.
• Collaboration & Methodology: Work with tech teams and CBP to refine methods and deliver reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive ACE experience for import data analysis.
• HTS classification and Rules of Origin expertise.
• Familiarity with production lines, packaging equipment, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong analytical rigor; synthesize complex financial/logistical data into concise reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; present findings to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with robust chain-of-custody and evidentiary reasoning.
