📋 Description

• Investigate by cross-referencing data to detect illegal transshipment.
• Costing analysis of components to verify country-of-origin.
• Audit imports using ACE to flag non-compliance patterns.
• Review trade docs (Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists) to validate claims.
• Verify production capacity and packaging to assess plausibility.
• Collaborate with tech teams and CBP to refine methods and tooling; deliver reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience using ACE for import data analysis.
• HTS classification and Rules of Origin expertise.
• Experience with production lines, packaging, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong analytical rigor; synthesize financial/logistical data into reports.
• Excellent written/verbal communication for presenting findings.
• High attention to detail; document chain-of-custody and evidence.
