📋 Description

• Collate and cross-reference data sources to detect illegal transshipment or trade fraud.
• Cost out components/materials and verify country-of-origin.
• Use ACE to process and review import transactions; flag anomalies.
• Review trade docs to validate origin claims.
• Assess production capacity and packaging processes to determine plausibility.
• Collaborate with tech teams and CBP stakeholders to refine investigative methodologies and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive ACE experience for import data analysis.
• HTS classification and Rules of Origin knowledge.
• Familiarity with production lines, packaging equipment, and workflows.
• Strong analytical rigor; synthesize data into defensible reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present findings to stakeholders.
• Up to 50% travel; U.S. citizenship may be required.
