• Investigative Analysis: Collate data to detect illegal transshipment or trade fraud.
• Product Costing Analysis: Cost components and reconstruct final costs to verify origin.
• Transaction Auditing: Use ACE to review import transactions and flag anomalies.
• Document Review: Review Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists to validate trade claims.
• Manufacturing Verification: Assess capacity and packaging to verify plausibility of origin.
• Collaboration & Methodology: Work with tech teams and CBP to refine methods and deliver reports.

🎯 Requirements

• ACE experience for import data analysis.
• HTS classification, Rules of Origin, and international trade mechanics knowledge.
• Production lines and manufacturing workflows familiarity.
• Analytical rigor to synthesize data into concise reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with chain-of-custody and evidentiary reasoning.
