📋 Description

• Support relationships with HVAC manufacturers, distributors, and contractors.
• Travel to trade ally/market locations to drive program performance.
• Serve as go-to resource between program leads and Outreach and Trade Ally Team.
• Track market activity and developments to predict sales potential.
• Contribute to outreach plans for new and existing programs.
• Analyze program-level data and regulatory activity to guide strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in energy-related field; policy or business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience; HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and to conferences.
• Excellent relationship-building and communications skills.
• Strong business acumen, negotiating, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze market data and program metrics.
