๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Support relationships with HVAC, water heating, heat pump manufacturers, distributors, and dealers.
  • Travel to trade ally locations to drive energy efficiency program performance.
  • Serve as conduit between program leads and OTAT.
  • Track and report market activity to predict trends.
  • Support outreach plans for new and existing programs.
  • Analyze program data to determine sales potential and trends.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or 4 years related experience.
  • 2+ years in a related role with a Bachelor's; or 4+ years without.
  • Willingness to travel CT/RI/NH/MA 1โ€“2 days/week; 1โ€“2 times/month to nearby states.
  • Energy Efficiency experience preferred.
  • HVAC, Water Heating, or commercial foodservice familiarity preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Salesforce and MS Office preferred.
