🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience leading operational or delivery teams; strong TPM/PM background.
- Strong operational and financial fluency: throughput, margin, billing/AR, Airtable.
- Excellent judgment distinguishing operational, staffing, and delivery issues.
- Track record of developing people and giving direct, useful feedback.
- High bar for execution; able to meet ambitious timelines.
- Ability to manage many concurrent projects and people with attention to detail.
