🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in touring production, live events, or technical direction.
- Lead teams in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of event production fundamentals: lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and translating to onsite plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel full-time March–December; outdoor work; valid driver's license.
