🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in touring production, live events, or similar.
- Lead teams in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety, on-site ops.
- Interpreting technical drawings into actionable onsite plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel full-time Mar–Dec and work outdoors.
