🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in touring production, live events, or similar.
- Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments and tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of event production fundamentals: lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety, onsite ops.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings into actionable onsite plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relationship management.
- Comfortable traveling March–December and working in outdoor environments; calm under pressure.
