📋 Description

  • Lead onsite production for tours across multiple North American cities (load-in, show, load-out).
  • Manage local vendors, crew, FOH, and safety compliance on each event.
  • Oversee drone pilots, permitting, and city-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed production schedules (load-in, tech, rehearsals, show ops, load-out).
  • Plan staffing, logistics, transport, and guest flow per market.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain show quality and continuity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in touring production, live events, or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments and tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of event production fundamentals: lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety, onsite ops.
  • Experience interpreting technical drawings into actionable onsite plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relationship management.
  • Comfortable traveling March–December and working in outdoor environments; calm under pressure.
