- 5+ years in touring production or live events.
- Fluent English; other European languages a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams under tight timelines.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings into onsite plans.
- Willing to travel Apr–May and Jul–Sep; valid driver’s license.
