🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in touring production or live events; outdoor experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and meet tight timelines.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, power, sound, rigging, and safety.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and translating to onsite plans.
- Excellent communication; valid driver’s license; forklift/truck exp a plus.
