- Plan staffing, trailer movement, and logistics per market; coordinate with drones team.
- Manage permits, safety guidelines, and local regulatory compliance on site.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain show quality.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in touring production, technical direction, live events; outdoor exp preferred.
- English fluency; other European languages a plus.
- Lead teams in dynamic environments; manage multiple priorities.
- Event production fundamentals: lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and translating to onsite plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Willing to travel full-time late Apr-May and late Jul-Sep; outdoor work.
- Valid driver's license; forklift or small truck experience a plus.
