- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools; Pave experience a strong plus
- Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a global, fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and vendor relationships
