📋 Description

  • Design, develop, implement, and manage global Total Rewards programs.

  • Lead end-to-end design, cycles, benchmarking, and renewals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Total Rewards, HR programs, compensation, or benefits.
  • Proven track record designing and managing global HR programs.
  • Strong program and project mgmt, governance, and delivery.
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured programs with governance.
  • Cross-functional leadership with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and execs.
  • Global experience; excellent communication and change mgmt.
