- 3-5 years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or People Analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with benchmarking tools Radford, Mercer, Carta, or similar
- Knowledge of equity compensation: stock options, RSUs, vesting, 409A
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
