  • Support annual compensation cycles and equity refresh

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or People Analytics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with benchmarking tools Radford, Mercer, Carta, or similar
  • Knowledge of equity compensation: stock options, RSUs, vesting, 409A
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
