- Act as Total Rewards contact in Israel; provide data-driven hiring/retention insights
- Support compensation cycles: salary reviews, STI/LTI; data prep & analysis
- Partner with HRBPs/leaders on compensation decisions and market positioning
- Conduct job matching and salary benchmarking using external surveys
- Maintain accurate compensation/benefits data across systems
- Design, review, administer benefits in Israel; renewals and comms
- Track benefits, allowances, and recognition program documentation
- Monitor trends; provide insights on comp/benefits effectiveness and risks
- Ensure compliance with Israel regulations and market practices
- Collaborate with global Total Rewards to align programs locally
🎯 Requirements
- ~3-5 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
- Strong understanding of core compensation and benefits principles
- Experience with market data, benchmarking, and job matching
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
- Excellent communication; explain concepts to stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global env
- Comfortable working across time zones with flexible hours
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
