Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for quality standards.
Support testing and implementation of new QA programs, including AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish.
1+ year healthcare QA experience.
1+ year analytical experience; proactive issue identification & solutions.
Experience coaching peers or auditors.
1+ year experience with data and Google Sheets.
