What is this role like?

The Senior Product Manager will operate as a highly autonomous person, responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our most impactful and critical products. This role requires demonstrated expertise in navigating complex markets and aligning large, cross-functional teams toward ambitious, long-term goals.

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Define, champion, and iterate on the long-term product roadmap and vision, focusing heavily on market strategy, competitive analysis, and high impact business outcomes.
  • End-to-End Ownership of Critical Products: Own the execution and success of major, company defining products from inception (discovery) through launch, scaling, and end of life. Must have a demonstrated history of successfully executing productsend-to-end.
  • Organizational Alignment & Mentoring: Act as a key organizational voice, performing mentoring for junior PMs and driving alignment across the entire organization (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership) regarding product priorities and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Lead and collaborate closely with large, multi-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM) to translate high-level strategy into actionable, technical requirements and deliver solutions with speed and quality.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Regularly interface with key customers and executive stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, validate hypotheses, and ensure the product strategy directly addresses high-value market needs.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Exercise significant judgment and autonomy in making critical product and technical trade-off decisions, balancing technical feasibility, business opportunity, and risk.
  • Performance Monitoring & Documentation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product area, continuously track performance, and ensure best-in-class documentation and operational readiness.
What (we think) you need to be successful

We’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!

  • Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant focus on strategic roles within the SaaS, AdTech (Advertising Technology), or Marketplace industries.
  • Proven ability to lead and align large, multi-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and executing against long-term product roadmaps that have delivered measurable business impact.
  • Extensive experience working with and managing expectations of external customers (B2B Enterprise level) and internal executive stakeholders.
  • Strong technical acumen, having ideally worked as a Software Developer or in a heavily technical product role.
  • Prior experience in a mentoring or coaching capacity for other Product Managers or team members.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired.
  • Availability to work onsite 4 days per week at our Santiago or Sao Paulo office.
